Shipping Policy

Thank you for sailing with Ghost Ship Teas.
We do our best to ensure your order reaches you quickly, carefully, and in perfect, delicious condition.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order sets sail. During busy seasons or special releases, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are a flat rate based on order weight.
We currently ship within the continental United States via USPS and UPS.

Estimated delivery time: 4-8 business days after dispatch

(Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather.)

Local Pickup

If you’re near Cannon Beach, Oregon, local pickup is available. Details will appear at checkout if this option applies to your order. 

Local Delivery

If you live between Astoria and Nehalem and prefer a drop off, one can be arranged with you post check. A $50 minimum is required.

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, please email us at hello@ghostshipteas.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

Because tea is a food product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once it has been purchased.

International Shipping

We don’t currently offer international shipping, but we’re working on expanding our reach in the future.
