What’s Oolong Tea?
Oolong is the middle ground between green and black tea — both come from the same Camellia sinensis plant, but oolong is partially oxidized. This gives it a wide spectrum of flavors, from floral and buttery to roasted and toasty, depending on how it’s crafted. With moderate caffeine and a complexity that shifts from cup to cup, oolong is prized for its balance — a tea that feels both refined and adventurous.
