Dark Seas
Dark Seas:
Sail into the dark sea with this richly layered floral and fruity brew! At its heart is Meigui Hong Cha, a traditional rose petal black tea crafted in late summertime when rose blossoms are at their peak. To this we add the smooth, cocoa-like Keemun tea from Qimen County in China's Anhui Province, celebrated as the foundation of many English Breakfast blends. Rounding out this unique tea is lush lychee with natural sweetness and rich fruitiness, bringing balance to the floral rose and malty Keemun with a juicy brightness.
The result is a cup that is distinct, sweet, and cooling with an aroma as deep and alluring as the night sea. Sip it hot to savor its layered complexity or brew it over ice for a refreshing, floral-forward drink.
Pro tip: This tea pairs beautifully with rich, slightly spicy foods or for a decadent twist, brew into a simple syrup and drizzle over vanilla ice cream.
